I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. Olivia the staff member that was there was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I was looking for. She helped me fit the harness I bought for my very wiggly 14 week old puppy. I was very impressed. I will definitely come back for more supplies in the future for my puppy and cat.

I always love going into this store! The staff is so friendly and helpful (particularly the store cats)! They are always happy to give suggestions for the best products for your needs. There are so many fantastic options for pet supplies, the local handmade items are amazing, and the vibe is always really lovely.

Great products & knowledgeable staff. Try some lamb lung as a healthy treat for your furry friend. My favorite pet store since they opened. Madison has good pet stores and I think you'd put this one at the top of your list too. Two locations. Check them out!

This is our favorite pet store in Madison. Their selection of food, treats, toys and gear is top notch. They also have a freezer section I want to check out on our next visit. You can tell each item in the store is carefully selected. There is no plastic waste and the owner is very generous with her donations to local rescues, so you can feel extra good about spending your dollars here. My Shiba Inu enjoys the shopping experience, too, which isn't a given. She can be sensitive to noise, etc. Here though, she happily checks out the bins and picks her own chew, and always gets a treat from the cashier. (They ask first.) The store is clean and nicely organized, and the front steps are cute with paw prints on them. I highly recommend stopping by!

Best pet store I’ve ever used. They have a very large selection of healthy pet food and toys. I’ve seen a lot of different staff and all of them are very welcoming and provide great service. I almost always get a discount when restocking for food. Never had a bad experience coming here

Such a fun visit today. The owner, behind the counter is a great person and very helpful. Our dog got lots of treats today and thinks she's human. We love our silent dog tag holder that she turned us on to. We like coming here when we visit downtown. Make sure to check them out!
